Communication training session in Sbeitla
In order to implement the communication campaign properly, the Associative Action organized a 2 days training session related to the awareness and communication campaign, for the members of the municipality of Sbeitla, as well as the members of local CSOs, between the 12th and 13th of May 2016.
During the training, the Associative Action trained the participants on the best practices to use with citizens, and proposed a design model for the communication tools. This model was the subject of debate and consultation between the members of the municipality and those of the local CSOs.
By the end of the training, a communication plan was developed identifying the quantity of communication tools that will be provided by Associative Action, the distribution of roles between the members of the municipality and the local CSOs for the execution of the awareness and communication campaign, as well as the dates and the deadline for each activity of the campaign.
Realization of Participatory Diagnosis in Kef
Following the meeting of presentation of the Participatory Diagnosis’s sheet, the members of the local NGOs of El Kef started the realization of Participatory Diagnosis on the ground between December 2015 and February 2016.
The diagnosis team split into groups covering the 10 zones of the city of EL Kef. Their mission was to complete the diagnostic sheet with the elements related to the state of the basic infrastructure for the entire area of the municipality of El Kef.
This diagnosis allowed to determine the needs of the city in terms of roads, pavements, public lighting, rain water management system, city embellishment, sports and cultural structures.

This diagnosis allowed to determine the needs of the city in terms of roads, pavements, public lighting, rain water management system, city embellishment, sports and cultural structures.

The diagnosis team split into groups covering the 4 Neighberhoods of Ben Arous (Ben Aours East, Ben Arous west, the New Medina, and Sidi Mosbah). Their mission was to complete the diagnostic sheet with the elements related to the state of the basic infrastructure for the entire area of the municipality of Ben Arous.
This diagnosis allowed to determine the needs of the city in terms of roads, pavements, public lighting, rain water management system, city embellishment, sports and cultural structures.
