Signature of the Participatory Budgeting Partnership agreement of the municipality of Menzel Bourguiba

On the 19th of Februrary 2014, the municipality of Menzel Bourguiba signed an officiel partnership agreement with the local NGOs to implement the Participatory Budgeting process. The partnership agreement included all the tasks and responsabilities of each stakeholders during the process (see the document below).
