Signature of the Participatory Budgeting Partnership agreement of the municipality of Kairouan

On the 02nd of November 2018, the municipality of Kairouan signed an officiel partnership agreement with the local NGOs to implement the Participatory Budgeting process. The partnership agreement included all the tasks and responsibilities of each stakeholders during the process.
